The 2 stands are not attached to each other and have wheels so they can be easily moved to store in a convenient space. These stands can hold the barbell at any height from 16cm to 175cm and are compatible with attachments including land mines and spotter arms. The bar included in this pack is the 6ft Home Olympic Weight Bar. This bar weighs 15kg and is compatible with standard 2” plates. This bar’s max capacity is around 272kg. It can be used for Olympic lifts, compound lifts, isolation exercises and more. The Hit Fitness Commercial Coloured Bumper Plates are made from 100% Rubber. This allows the plates to be dropped from a height with minimal damage to the plates or the floor. The plates are colour coded to Olympic specifications in order to be easily recognised. They are made specifically for Olympic lifts, but these plates can also be used for standard lifts. 2 x 15kg (yellow) and 2 x 10kg (green) plates are included. Hit Fitness Spring collars finish off this pack. These stainless-steel collars are essential when using weight plates. They slide on to the end of the barbell and securely grips to stop weight plates from sliding off the bar.
