The PURE FOCUS rollerball promotes concentration and focused energy by leveraging: clove, petitgrain, lemongrass, frankincense sacra, exotic basil, peppermint, spearmint. HOW TO USE THEM To use the PURE FOCUS rollerball you can either apply it to your palms and rub your hands together to activate the scent; roll it onto your pulse points (your wrists and temples); or place it under your nose and inhale deeply for at least three breath cycles. Inhale the lively aroma and exhale fatigue. Use the MUSCLE rollerball by applying it to the affected muscles and inhale the soothing woody scent of spruce and pine with the minty fresh peppermint notes to unwind.
