Certified OrganicProcess: WashedVarietal: MixedAltitude: 1200-1800 MASL Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate, Bright Citrus, Maple Syrup   Since we started roasting we have bought from this 101 member organic female co-oop based in the Amazonas region of Peru. The co-op is part of the Cafe Femenino Foundation, an organisation that seeks to give a voice to female farmers and promote gender equality in coffee producing countries. As we have been buying excellent coffee from them we wanted to do a little more so as part of our promise to donate 1% of our coffee sales to projects at origin we funded a wet mill here. This will enable the producers to improve quality and so charge more for their produce.
