Saturday Macramé Workshop Make your own plant pot AND your own wall hanging on this very special one-day workshop, where you will learn macramé techniques and bring home the creations you make during the day. Macramé is a craft of knotting a textile created by using knotting techniques.  Its knot-tying origins can be traced back to the 13th century when it was used by weavers to make both decorative and utilitarian pieces. Guided by our expert teacher you will create your own macramé projects learning and using basic patterns and techniques, and be empowered to develop your own unique pieces because of the different patterns and knotting styles.  We supply all the materials you will need to make your own plant pot and your own wall hanging. Is there an age limit for the Workshop? This course is generally for people aged 18 and above. A teenager may attend if they are accompanied by an adult.
