The Dome is entirely thrown by hand on a Potters Wheel and the properties of stoneware are known to keep food fresh, naturally, for longer.  Lifting the dome lid to reveal freshly preserved cake or tomatoes is a dramatic pleasure, reminiscent of pre-pandemic dining, but right in your own home.
