Storksbill Bishop’s Form A diminutive member of the geranium family, Erodium x variabile Bishop's Form is the best rose-pink cultivar available. It’s a compact, deciduous, perennial with a low, mound-forming spreading habit. The scalloped, deep-green leaves form a soft mound. From June to September, pretty rose-pink flowers with darker veins, like those of true geraniums (cranesbills), stud the mound of leaves. Storksbill Bishop’s form is lovely in a gravel or rock garden, a container or an alpine bed, or even in crevices. Site: Sheltered Soil: Sharply-drained, gritty but humus-rich, neutral to alkaline soilPosition: Full sunSeason of interest: Mid-summer to early autumn Hardiness: Very hardyHeight: 4” (10cm) Spread: 20” (50cm)
