Slap Yo Daddy Carolina Tangy BBQ Sauce: For fans of tangy sauces, this vinegar-based sauce will pucker up your lips and is awesome itself or when mixed with Harry's Cheeky Sweet Sauce. I love North Carolina vinegar sauce especially on pork but some are too tart for me. This is my rendition of a more nuanced vinegar sauce that's been given some Slap Yo Daddy love. In competition, I blended it 75% to 25% of my Cheeky Sweet to win 1st place KCBS Chicken Team of the Year. Baste on the last few minutes to form a glaze or pour on just before serving.
