Butter Dish with handcrafted Knife
Buttering toast just got better with the help of the butter dish, which keeps butter out of the fridge at exactly the right spreadable temperature. The dish is in two parts: a plate onto which a slice of standard butter comfortably sits, covered by a mini-dome, which keeps your butter soft and protected. The dish is hand-thrown on a wheel in our pottery studio in Dublin and pairs really well with Kilkenny-based Eoghan Leadbetter's hand carved wooden knife.
Materials:
Butter Dish: Hand thrown stoneware, dishwasher and microwave safe.
Size: Lid height: 6 cm, 9.5cm diameter inside the rim of the plate.
Knives: hand carved, beech, ash, oak.
Glaze: From our Market and Cityscape collections.
