This charcoal ticks all the boxes. It is great for the environment as it comes from invasive plants on old Cuban sugar plantations that need to be removed anyway. It burns really hot and last a long time. It has a really neutral flavour. There is almost no ash left behind. It is easy to light. This is high quality large grade lump wood charcoal in larger pieces supplied in a strong plastic or paper bag. Suitable for all barbecues, very suitable for low and slow as the large pieces burn more predictably.
