It burns really hot and last a long time. It has a really neutral flavour. There is almost no ash left behind. It is easy to light. This is minimum of 12kgs (usually 15kgs) of very high-quality large grade lump wood charcoal in larger pieces supplied in a strong plastic or paper bag. Suitable for all barbecues, very suitable for low and slow as the large pieces burn more predictably. The more you purchase the more you save.
