Weeping Cotoneaster
Naturally a prostrate shrub, Cotoneaster Hybridus Pendulus is top-grafted to make a small, evergreen, weeping tree, the long branches arching down almost to the ground. The leaves are oval, shiny and deep green, setting off the flowers and fruit very well. In April to May, masses of small white flowers, attractive to bees, appear; these are followed in August by scarlet berries which persist well into winter. A perfect specimen tree for all season interest in the smallest garden. Can also be grown in a pot.
