Di Camillo Vini are a family owned winery in the small town of Poggiofiorito in Terre di Chieti. Nestled in the hills overlooking the bay of Pescara in Abruzzo, father and daughter Paolo and Sara tend the land, with the help of staff who have worked their whole lives for the Di Camillos. These wines are truly made with love and passion and both shine through when you enjoy a glass of their wine. Cococciola is a native Italian grape variety similar to Albarino. Sidhuri Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is aged in barriques for 6 months to add complexity to the wines. Both are complex wines that will engage all who are willing to try them.  Sidhuri CococciolaCococciola is an Italian grape variety from the east coast of southern Italy,  It is a green-skinned grape that produces pale coloured wine with refreshing  acidity and grassy, herbaceous aromas comparable to those found in Sauvignon Blanc. Excellent mouth-filling flavours of melon and peach. This is a delicious crisp dry white wine with great length and finish, and something different. Excellent value  Sidhuri Montepulciano d'AbruzzoBarrique ageing for 6 months gives this wine great complexity. Deep Garnet colour, with black cherry, plum and blackberries with a rich mouth-filling feel, followed by coffee and vanilla tones, make this a delectable wine that offers incredible value for money. A crowd pleaser and a perfect food wine too!
