Three stunning Bordeaux red wines. This is for the wine enthusiast or anyone who will appreciate very serious wines, presented in a wooden case with wood wool to protect and present the wines as best possible. These wines can be enjoyed now or will cellar for up to 20 years more.  Chateau Haut-Brisson Saint Emilion Grand Cru 2018 Deep garnet red colour, aromas of pepper, liquorice, ripe black fruits, dark chocolate and peonies, with fine notes of cocoa. On the palate, a pleasant acidity and texture, round tannins. An excellent and long finish on the palate. Pair this wine with lamb, short ribs, and grilled meat.95-96 points James SucklingThis is a very powerful and structured Haut-Brisson, showing incredible depth and richness. Full-bodied and layered with incredible depth and purity. Layers of fruit and tannin. Best ever.  (4/2019)Chateau Hauts de Lynch Moussas Haut Medoc 2016From Château Lynch-Moussas this excellent 2nd wine has benefited from the meteoric upwards rise of the whole estate. Quality has never been so high. Beautifully made, fragrant, great depth of fruit and with fine oak in support and displaying that, classic cassis/graphite persona so typical of good Pauillac. 90 points Parker Wine Advocate 91points James Suckling Chateau d'Aiguilhe Castillon Cotes de Bordeaux 2018 Under the same ownership as Canon la Gaffelière in Saint-Emilion, this estate has produced a powerfully rich wine, with tannins cushioned by dense black-plum flavours. Rich in structure and driven by fruit, the wine will age well. Drink from 2023.  91 points Jeb Dunnuck Readers looking for a beautiful Bordeaux that's not going to break the bank should check out the 2018 Château D'Auguilhe. Coming from the cooler Castillon region to the east of Saint-Emilion, this beauty offers a terrific perfume of ripe black raspberries, cherries, roasted herbs, sweet mulch, and spring flowers. It has a fresh, crunchy quality to its fruit, nicely integrated acidity, ripe yet present tannins, and the class to keep for 10-15 years.
