Nose: Sweet nose, lots of honey and vanilla. Coffee and chocolate, with some apricot in the background. Taste: Loads of fruit open up on the palate. Orange peel, lemon rind. Spices open up too. Cinnamon, cloves. Balanced really well by honey, and light chocolate notes.
