It benefits from altitude, a variety of soils ranging from calcareous clays to rich stony ferrous, the position of its vineyards and cooling evening breezes in summer. Made respecting traditions, going back to Roman times, and nature, through the use of organic practices, which, blended with care and experience, come together in a wine we believe will exceed your expectations. Tasting Note: Colour: Deep garnet with purple lights. Nose:  Expressive nose dominated by spices and jammy red fruits with some hints of graphite (pencil leads). Palate: Round and full in the mouth with notes of sweet fruits allied to grilled peppers and liquorice. It is dense with silky tannins on the finish. An accessible and pleasant wine redolent of its terroir. Cellaring: Will grace all meat and cheese dishes. It is drinking well now but will keep for five years. Food & Wine pairingVery easy to match.
