Over the years, the di Camillo family bought more and more vineyards in the best areas around Poggiofiorito. Paolo di Camillo skillfully combines tradition with the most modern technologies, which gives him his charming wines with the unbeatable price-quality ratio. Paolo is the fourth generation of the now 100 years old winery Di Camillo Vini, which offers absolutely excellent wines! Now Sara his daughter, also works with him in the winery and What began as a small winery with a few wines has grown into a real top-class estate over the four generations.  Tasting Note:  Intense, tasty well balanced Merlot with cherry and clove flavours. It is a really meaty wine with great length and long juicy succulent mouthfilling flavours. Perfect with Cheese and game courses - in truth it is an easy drinking wine, as it is well rounded and full of appealing fruit, ahead of secondary oak or wood flavour.  It is finished in Slovenian Oak Barrels for 8 months to intensify and integrate the wine. Really well balanced.
