It first appeared when renowned writer Ernest Hemingway became a fan of the Mojito after visiting” La Bodeguita del Medio” , the bar of origins in Cuba. Pour 125ml Tails Berry Mojito into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint and wedges of lime. 1 Litre (8 x 125ml serves) at 14.9% ABV
