The vinification of the three grapes, Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre, is carried out in the traditional way in concrete tanks following fermentation of three weeks on a high temperature to make sure that both tannin and colour are well expressed and enhanced. Ageing Potential: 20 Years Tasting Note:Full bodied, dry with excellent weight of rich, ripe blackberry fruits with smoky tones. Quite intense, inky and warm with a touch of spice.
