The Poetry Pharmacy is a collection of poems for every situation, collected and prescribed by William Sieghart. This beautiful collection came from a workshop, or 'clinic' that Sieghart used to run, where members of the public could visit with their problems, and Sieghart would 'prescribe' them a piece of poetry for their ailment, whether it be anxiety, infatuation, lethargy or loneliness. Sieghart believes that the right piece of poetry, at the right moment, can provide an unbelievable feeling of complicity.
