Bean and Goose
Together we will smoke our Irish Sea Salt, hand-temper milk chocolate, mould the perfect shiny chocolate bar and learn the fine art of wrapping.
This bar holds a very special place in our hearts. Our smoky milk bar was the first chocolate bar recipe we ever created, and it is still the most popular in our range. So join us as we show you the process of making this much-loved flavour from beginning to end.
You will smoke the salt in small batches over oak chips to achieve just the correct depth of flavour. Next, we will hand-temper the milk chocolate on marble slabs, an old but beautiful chocolate-making technique. We will combine your smoked Irish Sea Salt and tempered chocolate and mould your perfect chocolate bar.
While we wait for your bar to dry, we will have a chocolate tasting where we will try different origins, percentages and flavours of chocolate.
Finally, you will wrap and pack your own Bean and Goose chocolate bar.
