Red Cappadocian Maple
This beautiful tree is suitable for larger gardens and parks. Acer cappadocicum Rubrum is a medium-sized, deciduous tree with a wide-spreading crown and reddish-brown bark. The five-pointed leaves emerge crimson, turn green in summer, and turn yellow in autumn. This tree is good in an architectural garden, for its lovely shape, or in a low-maintenance garden, as it needs minimal pruning. Red Cappadocian maple holds the RHS Award of Garden Merit.
