With this in mind, we’ve developed our aromatic and effective sleep/pillow spray, designed specifically for use at night to promote rest and a calm, peaceful ambience that lulls you gently into a relaxing, healing sleep. HOW TO USE THEM To use the rollerball you can either apply it to your palms and rub your hands together to activate the scent; roll it onto your pulse points (your wrists and temples); or place it under your nose and inhale deeply for at least three breath cycles. Inhale the soothing aroma and exhale your stress. All Kotanical essential oils contain 100% organic essential oil – free from sulfates, parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrance, formaldehydes, and mineral oil, with a shelf life of 1-2 years. The organic essential oils are vegan-friendly and certified cruelty free by the leaping bunny program. All rollerball blends are handmade in Dublin and come in Violet glass which filters out damaging rays from the visible light spectrum, and limits penetration of UVA rays and infrared light waves.
