The grapes used for Campillo Reserva Selecta come from the Villa Lucía estate, which is situated 650 metres above sea level and is home to a continental and Atlantic climate, which ideal for growing grapes. Gran Reserva means that this wine is only made in exceptional vintages and is aged for a minimum of five years before it leaves the winery.  Tasting Note: This is a wine that is slightly garnet in colour, the nose gives off aromas of beautiful dark fruit with a mellow butterscotch creaminess in the background and has a super long finish that will leave it in your thoughts for hours. Food Matches: This is a wine made for many types of food, but give me blue cheese and fresh crackers and I will be more than happy.
