The United Nation of Cookies

It's an old saying (and one we firmly agree with) that tea by itself is too wet. You need a biscuit or a cookie to go with it. And whether your preferred cookie is a Malaysian Kuih Kacang, a Persian Nan-e Berenji or just a jammy dodger, you're sure to find it in this book.
Author Jess Murphy, who works closely with the United Nations Refugee Agency, has spoken to refugees and immigrants to Ireland from across the globe to collect their beloved recipes and share them here. Every recipe has been tested by author Eoin Cluskey in his kitchen in Bread 41 - one of our favourite local cafés in Dublin.
All author proceeds from the sale of this book will be donated to the UNHCR - the refugee agency of the United Nations.
This is more than just a cookbook - it's a showcase of brilliant culture and cuisine from across the globe, and proof that good food knows no borders. We especially love the contributor profiles throughout the book, which bring a lot of personality and humanity to the recipes.
This is the third in a series of cook books from Irish Authors by Blasta books. Check out Hot Fat by Gastro Gays and Tacos by lily rameirez- foran
