This is a very fine Bordeaux, perfect for drinking now. ‘Seductive nose of soft, warm fruit. Subdued, thick chewy fruit; blackcurrant and cassis. Dense, ripe and very finely tuned. Hints of oak with great length. Tasting Note:  The 2013 du Tertre has a light, pencil lead bouquet that is calling out for more fruit. It disconcertingly loses some vigor in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with tart cherry fruit on the entry, quite high acidity with a raw and abrasive finish. There are much better wines in recent vintages, but you probably know that already.
