The pointed, ovoid leaves are mid-green and up to 8”/20cm long. From July to September, the plant bears large, mophead, pale pink flowers, flushed and edged with deeper pink; the flowers are as much as 1’/30cm across, on sturdy stems – don’t over-feed, to make sure it doesn’t flop.
