Tamarisk Pink Cascade A beautiful tamarisk cultivar, Tamarix ramosissima Pink Cascade Is a small, deciduous, tree or large shrub with a graceful, arching habit and reddish-brown shoots. The green leaves are small and scale-like. Small, deep pink flowers in long, feathery clusters appear from late summer into autumn on the new shoots. This shrub or small tree is fully hardy to -15º, but needs a sheltered site and acid to neutral soil; it’s ideal for sheltered, coastal gardens.
