Each bottle is individually numbered - only 1200 bottles are available in Ireland.  Every precious drop is distilled by Brian Taft & hand bottles at The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney. Tasting notes: Nose: Golden caramel, with wood-filled notes of nut, and roasted toffee.Palate: A lovely balance of honey, roasted nuts, and hints of sweet apple, followed by warming spice to excite the palate.Finish: An lingering finish that dances between pot-spice and sweetness. 1 x 70cl bottle in a presentation box
