Harvest mid-October at 12.5 degrees of potential alcohol, this is a refreshing unoaked Syrah that offers crisp red berry, blackberry fruit with twist of cracked pepper. Digest and light with a very fine-boned structure. Super! Tasting Notes: The wine has a lovely dark colour with aromas of black fruit and freshly cracked black pepper. It is beautifully structured and full-bodied, boasting concentrated dark cherry fruit flavours and Parma violet flavours, an elegant mineral edge and a long, spicy finish.
