Vinification: Manual harvest. Traditional method. Separated by grape variety. Maceration with very gentle interventions to preserve the finesse of the tannins and the depth of the fruit. Tasting: Deep garnet red, powerful and complex nose with scents of dried fruit and very ripe cherries, followed by more complex and slightly mineral/spicy notes (cloves, star anis).
