Thursdays March 3rd and 10th  7 - 9.30pm Valerie who makes our super collection of Bunnies and Bears is going to give this class which is best suited for those who have the basics in knitting (knit and purl) but even complete beginners will be catered for.  It will take place over two weeks so you have time to practice at home between classes. Because it's just before St Patrick's Day Valerie has decided to go with a pair of Irish Izzy Dolls. The Izzy Doll pattern was created in Canada as a Charity Knitting project so these are perfect to make and share with your family. Valerie will work with you to make the Girl Irish Dancer in class and if time allows you may be able to complete the Boy too. They include the learning of basic techniques in knitting, such as casting on and off, increasing and decreasing, sewing up, as well as knit and purl. They are knitted in an Aran weight cotton and each is approx 20cm tall. Cost includes materials required and refreshments. Please note a minimum of 4 people are required for this class to take place.
