This 100% Albariño is made with grapes from the youngest vineyards, grown on sandy loam soils, granite and slightly acidic. Fermented in stainless steel tanks between 16 and 18°C for 21 days. The classy Albariño grape lends itself as the perfect match for seafood. Tasting Note:The colour is straw yellow with green trim and intensity. Clean and bright. Cool-fermented it shows notes of green apple and lemon peel with a hint of stone-fruit, such as white-fleshed plum.
