One of the oldest sugar plantations in the world, Foursquare Distillery take an aged molasses rum and add real herbs and spices, to give it Christmassy aromas. Despite being a spiced rum, there is no added sugar.
Nose: Spicy and sweet with notes of peppermint, nutmeg, Christmas cake, marmalade and parsley.
Palate: Toffee apples, sweet spices and gingerbread. A little perfumed character and bitter orange peel.
Finish: Long, sweet, spicy finish.
