Rose Blue Moon - Climbing Rose
A reliably repeating hybrid tea rose with a most unusual colour, Rosa Blue Moon is a small, deciduous shrub rose with a compact, upright, bushy habit. The foliage emerges mid-green, turning a deeper green in summer. From June to September, shapely buds on long, strong stems open to beautifully-shaped, fragrant, double, bluish-lilac flowers which repeat well through summer to early autumn. With its long, sturdy stems, it makes a very good cut flower. Rose Blue Moon is probably the best of the ‘blue’ roses, and is small enough to be grown in rich, soil-based compost in a pot.
