Tulip Banja Luka
The bright yellow and carnival red petals of Tulipa ‘Banja Luka’ bear markings streaked and feathered boldly across huge blooms (up to 15 cms across when fully open). Growing up to 55 cms tall, the long-lasting blossoms of Tulip ‘Banja Luka’ make excellent cut flowers. They have sturdy, long stems characteristic of all Darwin Hybrids. Planted in groups they will create a show-stopping display each April and will assort equally well with other mid to late season flowering bulbs. Like a bird of paradise, Tulipa ‘Banja Luka’ prefers full sun but its strong stems will withstand wind and rain.
