Apple Bramley Clone 20
An improved clone of the ever-popular Bramley Seedling, making a considerably smaller tree with better resistance to scab and less tendency to biennial bearing. The same huge crops of big green apples, faintly striped red, with creamy, juicy, acid flesh of exceptional flavour, cooking to a creamy purée. Susceptible to late frosts. Partial tip-bearer; not suitable for trained forms. Triploid – needs two pollination partners if all three are to bear fruit.
