One of the best Cabs we've tasted in this price range, its full of the big tannins and a healthy dose of American Oak that Silver Oak fans love. The grapes come from well-regarded vineyards in the Napa Valley and Sequoia Grove's own estate vineyards in Rutherford. Tasting Note:Dark red in color, the initial aromas are of bright black cherry and blackberry, followed by baking spices and a hint of chocolate. On the palate, the wine is intensely flavorful with round and smooth tannins, full of blackberry flavor and subtle toasty vanilla notes. A versatile food wine, the Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with any red meat on the grill, pork tenderloin, heavy cheeses and grilled vegetables.
