It is a solid construction with adjustable bar hooks and spotter arms and includes handles for moving the rack and also dips.  The bench included is the HIT FITNESS SB30 Home Weight Bench. This bench can adjust to 6 positions from flat to 90 degrees. Included in this pack is the Home 7-foot Olympic bar. A bar designed for home use, being slightly shorter than standard but fitting all Olympic size plates.  The weight plates included are Cast Iron Plates, manufactured with premium materials in order to increase their durability and feel. Weights included are 2 x 2.5kg, 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg, 2 x 15kg and giving a total bar weight as 65kg.  Spring Collars are included. These are standard gym equipment and secure on the bar.
