Ageing Potential: 15 Years Tasting Note:It displays a bright and deep cherry colour. It has complex aromas of black fruit with well integrated notes of spices. It shows balsamic touches with hints of toffee and cocoa in the background, as well as floral notes. Elegant, very well balanced, silky with ripe and elegant tannins from the fine grained oak. Complex and expressive, it delights the palate with its length of flavours. Food Matches: It’s a perfect match for all kinds of meat, especially grilled red meat and stews.
