Clean, crisp pear and white peach aromas are balanced by gentle honey notes. Chardonnay dominance brings finesse, along with crisp fruit freshness. The two Pinot’s add depth and character. A beautifully balanced finish. The grapes were handpicked followed by whole bunch pressing.
