When we have soaked the nuts, we then gently roast them in a low oven with a light sprinkle of Irish Atlantic Sea Salt. This makes them slightly crispy, have a nice texture, and taste amazing. We then sprinkle them on top of this milk chocolate bar. Sour Cherry Orchard Chocolate Bar Cranking up the sour notes - whole cherries infused in apple cider vinegar with dark chocolate We infuse organic sour cherries in Highbank Orchard’s Organic Balsamic Cider Vinegar with Wild Mother.
