A Wine from Spain, made by Irish Master of Wine Fergal Tynan.  1 x Castillo Del Moro Syrah Tempranillo Red Wine 75cl – Ruby red colour with violet tints showing its youth. On the nose it is fresh and elegant with characteristic aromas of cherry and red fruits typical of this variety. Light, harmonic and round on the palate with soft tannin on the finish. 1 x Aloe Tree Shiraz Red Wine 75cl – A rich warming red wine with cloves, blackcurrant, spice and cinnamon on the palette – lengthy flavours and a deep crimson colour are the hallmarks of this red. Perfect with a cheeseboard or a rich casserole. It is from South Africa, where the Shiraz grape thrives.  1 x Torre Solar Macabeo White Wine 75cl - The suggestion of ripe pineapple, lemon and lime on the nose explode on the palate combined with crisp, refreshing acidity and a long mineral finish. This is a clean wine with refreshing acidity and a crisp finish.
