Through 300 years belonged to the castle just two families. In 1978 Château de Ferrand bought by Baron de Bich; known for the famous yellow "disposable pen". Baron Bich they fell for Château de Ferrand and the castle's enormous quality potential and activated the massive investments in both basements as in the fields.
