It is a wine that represents, in full, the use of precision viticulture, a technique that seeks to know the particularities of the grapes, plot by plot, row by row, vine stock by vine stock, thus discovering the best destination for each grape.   Tasting Note: Dense incarnate colour, dark and opaque. Closed nose, at first. Followed by a complexity of black fruits, cedar, forest fruits, squaw mint, spice mix, cardamom, and earthy. Tasteful, solid, growing tannins yet solid and elegant at the end. Very fresh, granite mineral finish. Potential in bottle during the period of 2020-2030. Food Matches: Roast lamb, grilled or barbecued pork, pasta, cheese and pizza
