About Helen O'Higgins Helen O'Higgins is an artist and printmaker from Dublin. She graduated from the National College of Art and Design in 2012. Upon graduating, she worked for a business as a designer and maker of elaborate bespoke cakes for three years. After a brief stint in graphic design, she returned to her own art, focusing on illustration and printmaking from Black Church Print Studio in Dublin. Whether drawing, etching, screen printing or painting, her work is highly detailed and though occasionally digital elements are incorporated, its focus is always on the handmade. Helen has exhibited in solo and group shows in Ireland and internationally and has received awards for her printmaking and drawing.
