Suitable for Freezing. Our famous Ash Log is St Tola Goat cheese! This is the beauty of the house! It starts off as fresh cheese, we then roll it in traditional food grade ash. This slows down the development and maturation of the cheese and after a few weeks of careful handling, an elegant, smooth textured and full flavoured cheese emerges. Ireland)     Delivery Times We only dispatch on Mondays*, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Any orders received after 12 noon on Wednesdays will be dispatched the following week.   *Outside of Irish bank holidays. Delivery is 24-72 hours for the island of Ireland from the day of dispatch.  Please include the EIRCODE and telephone number of the person receiving the order.
