What is rare is beautiful! Our delicious hard, Gouda style cheese is now available. We don’t make this very often as most years we need all our milk to make soft cheese. This is a yummy, full flavoured cheese with a long nutty aftertaste.  Available in three wedge sizes - 200g, 1kg, 2kg. Delivery Charges Standard delivery charge is €10 per order.  Respect the 2 metres Delivery is via courier or An Post and we kindly ask you to respect the 2 metre distance for delivery drivers. Delivery Times We only dispatch on Mondays*, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. *Outside of Irish bank holidays. All orders received after 12 noon on a Wednesday will be dispatched the following week. Delivery is 24-72 hours for the island of Ireland from the day of dispatch.  Please include the  Eircode and telephone number of the person receiving the order. Thank you
