Cortaderia richardii - Pampas Grass
Cortaderia richardii is a dense, evergreen, clump-forming grass. Arching stems carry shaggy, drooping, creamy or silvery white flower panicles, from midsummer and lasting into winter. Pampas are very tolerant of salt and wind so an excellent plant for a seaside garden.
