Tulip Sunlover
As its name implies, the double flowers of Tulipa ‘Sunlover’ display all the vibrant reds, oranges and yellow colours of the sun. Each peony-like, scented blossom is uniquely feathered and veined. Sturdy stems make it a wonderful cut flower. Tulip ‘Sunlover’ blooms in late Spring, during the month of April, flowering stems reaching approximately 40 cms. Grow in full sun to partial shade in compost-rich, well drained soil. The large, long-lasting flowers of tulipa ‘Sunlover’ are spectacular planted as a group or mixed with other late season tulips. Plant extra for cutting!
