Climbing Rose Notre-Dame de Calais
A beautiful, free-flowering, repeat-flowering climber, Rosa Notre-Dame de Calais is a vigorous, deciduous, modern climbing rose, with a bushy, slightly lax habit and very thorny stems. The deep green foliage is divided into slightly serrated, ovate leaflets. From summer, well into autumn it bears a profusion of lightly fragrant, semi-double blooms, cream with a hint of lemon, with golden stamens. Climbing rose Notre-Dame de Calais is a lovely, robust and very healthy climber for a sunny wall, bred by the well-known rose-breeder, Peter Beale.
